Cooperative

For us as the housing cooperative Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Erzgebirge eG housing means not only a roof over somebody’s head but the feeling to be at home at a cooperative and live the same.  

Typical of this are the lively togetherness and mutual support of the members. It is embodied in the cooperative’s principles of self-management, self-help and self-responsibility.

Every member can thus make its contribution to the development of the cooperative and get involved in the cooperative’s life.
