By refurbishment, modernization and combination we make sure that our stock is adapted to meet the residents’ requirements constantly and extended with care. Every year as much as 3.5m euros are spent from our own funds for the maintenance and modernization of buildings. The housing and living quality of our members is thus constantly improved. Notably the energy-oriented refurbishment of the current stock in all residential areas plus the attachment of balconies and also retrofitting of lifts are to help safeguard the future of the cooperative. We attach importance to economic measures providing for our members a greater living sensation, such as accessibility, and financial savings. By combining apartments, we are currently creating an increased number of spacious maisonettes. These four-room apartments of about 100 sqm come with up-to-date sanitary installations and kitchen, wide doors and accessible balcony. They underpin once more our commitment to quality and progress.
